arcHITects designed the renovation and furnishing of a new building unit consisting of 4 floors and 16
real estate units.
The project started with the recovery of an old disused factory in the Collegno area of Milan.
Major part of the project was a major excavation of new staircase that enhanced the value of having a
basement in the city of Milan.
This staircase has become the main access to the building.
