The Hotel has been built in the 1960s/1970s by Italians and has been used until some years ago without substantial structural modifications.
The renovation project involves the conversion of the hotel for business use with the inclusion of a whole floor dedicated to meeting and conference room and the refurbishment of the existing commercial galleries.

A new top floor has been added to build a restaurant with a panoramic view of the Bengasi Gulf.

The building is a landmark of the city since its origin and the request aimed to adjoin the city skyline without changing its historical features.

The work has in itself a feature of a historical building reclamation as well as a light restoration project.

The façade and the lobby have been object of a specific “scope of work” for our firm given the particularity and difficulty of the requests.
